Features:

2. Submerged blow & suck dust removal unit with 6 blow-suck nozzles. Negative-ion anti-static air (filter optional) is blown into the bottom of bottles. Meanwhile, the bottle mouth pressing block activates vacuum to suck out dust. Equipped with bottle mouth positioning device.
3. Integrated filling & capping machine adopts dual-station bottle in/out design: dual-station filling, dual-station cap picking & placing, combined with servo automatic capping assembly.
4. 4 filling heads; each bottle undergoes two filling cycles for higher output.
5. Servo motor driven filling valve body for superior metering accuracy. Adjustable filling speed for different formulas to effectively reduce bubble generation.
